1. Overview

CashCoke ("we", "us", or "our") operates a get-paid-to platform at cashcoke.com. You earn rewards by completing surveys and other tasks from third-party partners, then cash out available balance as USDT. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It works together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Google account data. You sign in with Google. We receive your email address, name, and profile photo. CashCoke does not store a password for your account.
• Payout details. A USDT wallet address and network (TRC20 or ERC20) if you save one or request a withdrawal.
• Activity and ledger data. Surveys and offers you open, partner callbacks, earnings, pending and available balances, reversals, and withdrawal requests.
• Technical data. IP address, browser user agent, approximate location derived from IP, and similar device data. We share some of this with survey partners so they can match eligible studies and detect fraud.
• Support mail. Messages you send to team@cashcoke.com.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and keep your CashCoke account signed in.
• Show surveys and offers that partners say you are eligible for.
• Credit, reverse, and display rewards on your ledger.
• Review and send USDT withdrawals.
• Prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and abuse.
• Answer support requests and improve the product.
• Meet legal and accounting obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with parties who help us run CashCoke:

• Google. Sign-in is handled by Google. Google's own privacy policy applies to that step.
• Earning partners such as CPX Research, TheoremReach, and Offerwall.GG. We send a CashCoke user id and, where the partner requires it, your email, IP address, and user agent so they can show matching surveys, confirm completions, and send reward callbacks. Their privacy policies apply when you use their walls or surveys.
• Infrastructure. Hosting, database, and email providers that process data on our instructions.
• Authorities or others when we believe we must in order to comply with law, enforce these terms, or protect CashCoke, users, or partners.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie (and similar storage) to keep you signed in after Google authentication. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not stay logged in without them. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on CashCoke itself; partner sites you open to complete tasks may set their own.

6. Retention and security

We keep account, earning, and withdrawal records for as long as we need them to operate CashCoke, handle disputes, and meet legal or accounting rules. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, update, delete, or restrict certain personal data. Email team@cashcoke.com to make a request. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder. Deleting your account does not always erase ledger rows we must keep for fraud prevention or accounting.

8. Children

CashCoke is not intended for children under 16 (or the higher minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of CashCoke after a change means you accept the updated policy.
