1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CashCoke, including our website, Google sign-in, dashboard, survey and offer walls, reward ledger, and USDT withdrawals. By creating an account or using CashCoke, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You sign in with Google. You may keep only one CashCoke account. Creating extra accounts, using someone else's Google account, or giving false details to farm rewards can get the account suspended and unpaid rewards forfeited.

3. The CashCoke service

CashCoke is a get-paid-to platform. You can browse surveys and other earning tasks supplied by independent partners (currently including CPX Research, TheoremReach, and Offerwall.GG). What you see depends on the partner, your profile, country, device, and remaining inventory. A task list can be empty. Rewards shown before you start are estimates and can change when the partner confirms, rejects, or reverses the completion.

4. Rewards and balances

• Completions are credited only after a partner sends CashCoke a valid server-to-server callback. Reloading a partner wall does not credit your balance.
• Earnings may first appear as pending until the partner confirms. Confirmed rewards move to available balance.
• We may reverse, withhold, or adjust rewards that are fraudulent, duplicated, incomplete, or later rejected or charged back by a partner.
• Your CashCoke balance is platform credit for rewards. It is not a bank account, stored-value wallet, e-money, or investment product, and it does not earn interest.

5. Withdrawals

You can request a cashout of available balance in USDT on TRC20 (Tron) or ERC20 (Ethereum). The current minimum is US$5.00. Requests are reviewed by CashCoke before we send funds. Processing times depend on that review and on the network.

You must provide a valid address on the network you select. CashCoke is not responsible for delays or losses from a wrong address, the wrong network, or third-party chain issues. We may refuse or delay a payout if we suspect fraud, a partner reversal, or a banned account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, VPNs used to spoof location, or other automation to complete tasks.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, location, or device.
• Claim rewards you did not legitimately earn, or complete the same task from multiple accounts.
• Interfere with CashCoke, partner integrations, callbacks, or other users.
• Violate any applicable law or a partner's own terms.

7. Third-party partners

Surveys, offers, and related tasks are supplied by independent partners. When you open a partner wall or start a survey, you leave CashCoke's page (or load their content in an iframe) and that partner's terms and privacy policy apply. CashCoke does not control their websites, qualification questions, or approval decisions. We attribute valid, signed callbacks to your ledger when we receive them.

8. Suspension and bans

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, show signs of fraud, or create risk for CashCoke or our partners. Partners may also flag or ban a user on their side; we may then restrict or close the matching CashCoke account. In serious cases, pending or available rewards tied to abusive activity may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimers

CashCoke is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, partner inventory in your country, or that every task will pay a reward. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashCoke and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or rewards arising from your use of the platform — including partner outages, declined surveys, or crypto-network delays. Our total liability for any claim relating to CashCoke will not exceed the amount of confirmed rewards actually paid to you in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CashCoke after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date shows when the latest version took effect.
